Questions
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. We set everything up and show you how it works. Most of it runs in the background and texts you when something needs you.
Will messages go to customers without me checking?
Not until you're happy. Everything starts in draft mode, and you decide what gets sent automatically and what comes to you first.
Does it work with my job software?
We'll check during the free chat. We aim to work with what you already use, like ServiceM8, Tradify, simPRO or Fergus, wherever it can connect.
What does the monthly fee cover?
The software and text messages that keep it running, regular checks that everything's working, and small changes to wording or your price list. Bigger changes or new services are quoted separately.
